Restaurant Delivery!
In light of recent regulations prohibiting restaurants from offering public dining, we have expanded the list of covered employees to now include those duties of food order delivery into the Restaurant Class Codes. This is a temporary exception to the standard rule, which would normally include those employees under the Drivers Class Code.
Of course, we expect all businesses to exercise prudent and diligent practices, such as running MVD background checks, maintaining evidence of valid Driver’s Licenses and Insurance, and providing responsible safe driving directions, procedures and controls.
